I propose training and facilitation of group communication spaces, supported in
Círcles for the cultivation of
Mindfulness and practical learning of methodologies related to
Emotional Intelligence (EQI),conscious communication and conflict prevention and processing:
Non Violent Communication (NVC),
Theory U and
Restorative Practices, among others.
Currently I am especially involved in the introduction of CNV and Restorative Practices in the educational community of Galicia and in the cooperation with social movements.
